Try this awesome marinade with any meat, especially venison, elk, moose, antelope:
1 1⁄2 Cup Olive Oil
1⁄4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 1⁄4 Teaspoons Salt
1.2 Cup Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
3⁄4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1⁄2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley Flakes
1⁄2 Cup Lemon Juice
